PAYMENT METHODS 
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All prices are in U.S. dollars.  Our site uses SSL encryption to keep your information secure and private.  

SHIPPING
All packages are shipped from our studio in the mid-Atlantic region. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Transit times are typically 2-5 days depending on proximity and carrier. Our carriers have indicated that delivery times may be longer due to COVID. We do not offer express or overnight shipping at this time.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY 
All sales are final. If you would like to sample any of our scents before buying, send us a note at hello@easternshorecandleco.com and we can help!  A sample set of tealights is also available - check it out!

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Mistakes do happen! Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Give us a shout at hello@easternshorecandleco.com and we will respond promptly. Please include order number, name and address, description of damage or issue.  A photo always helps!

GIFT PURCHASES 
All of our shipments leave our studio safely packaged. Specialty gift packaging is available upon request. Send us an email at hello@easternshorecandleco.com.
